Summertown Baptist Church has made a donation of $1,000 toward "Abigail's Plan," the effort to build a rubberized ball field for members of Lawrenceburg County's Buddy Ball team. Accepting the donation from Brother Howard Kitter (far left) was Abigail, Lesa and Tommy Lee Kidd, and Buddy Ball players from Summertown, (front): Leeanne Barnett and Trevor Hines. Bro. Kitter challenged other churches to support the cause. "We issue a challenge to all the houses of faith to meet or exceed our initial donation to Abigail's Plan. Our heart is that the community of faith lead the way in assuring that this vision becomes a reality for our country." To learn more and make a donation, go to AbigailsPlan.org.

Current Project

Abigail's Plan is striving to build a totally rubberized baseball field for our players with disabilities similar to the field pictured above. The approximate cost of the field is $350,000.  Our goal is for Lawrence County to have the first Miracle League rubberized field in Tennessee!!!

The Abigail's Plan organization is made up entirely of volunteers.
100% of the proceeds raised go directly into
funding our projects and fundraising efforts.

Thank you for your support!
